The Financial Training Company is one of the largest providers
of training for all skills necessary in the Financial Professions
and Businesses.
In 2002 FTC decided to install an online testing system
widely used in the academic world. However, this system
did not have the functionality they needed and Interragate
was commissioned to build a database to manage both the
assessments and the users of the system and to provide
more detailed statistics than the online testing system.
Interragate also was given the job of importing the thousands
of questions then stored in Word documents into the online system
and were able to use their Long Document Analyser to automate
this process and store the questions in such a way that tutors
and administrators could easily search for the best questions
to assign to a particular test.
